In Nepal, there are mainly four main seasons to consider: Spring, Autumn, Winter, and Monsoon. There is tremendous variation in climates. There will be different changes in different lands as well. The lowland plains are topical, the midland hills are temperate and the high mountains have sub-arctic and there will be cold conditions.

This season is best for trekking and is the most active time of the year to trek in Nepal. Spring season is most suitable for trekking and climbing.
The days are long, and you spend your time exploring your tour. In this season the temperatures are hot and too hot, and trekkers can take occasional showers and the trails up to the tree line. The most refreshing part is that the national colorful flower Rhododendron starts to ablaze in this season.

The Summer season starts at the end of May and it extends till the end of August in Nepal. Summer Season is also the best season to trek, mainly in the mountain areas considering the amazing weather.
In this season the weather is clear and as well as the weather is clear as well. In this season the temperature is a little bit hotter than in other seasons but it is comfortably sufferable, this season and the scene is blooming season.

On the other hand, seasons like June to mid-September it is the season of rain and high rainfall in Nepal so the trekking adventure can be slippery but not impossible.
